Bishop Andaku delivered the message while praying with the candidates and confirming pupils at the school, encouraging the learners to remain faithful, focused and confident as they approach their national examinations.

He called on the candidates to trust in God as they prepare to sit their examinations, emphasizing the importance of faith and prayer during this critical stage of their education.

The school's headmistress, Beatrice Adiru Asimasiya, urged parents to pay school fees and support the candidates to ensure they are adequately catered for during the examination period.

She noted that providing meals and other essential needs would help the learners concentrate on their examinations.

Meanwhile, Habib Aluma, representing parents and the Muslim faith, thanked Bishop Andaku for the initiative, describing the prayers and blessings as an encouragement to the candidates.

Aluma also wished the learners success in their upcoming examinations.

The 2026 Primary Leaving Examinations are scheduled to begin with briefing on October 30 and conclude on November 4, 2026.
