Arua Hill SC continues with their impressive run of the 2022/2023 Uganda Premier League season as they held the Prison's side - Maroons FC to a 3:1 defeat in Arua at Barifa stadium. Meanwhile back in kampala at the Philip Omondi Stadium, the angry KCCA FC gave the Vipers a 1-0 stun at home as they won the big boys encounter, edging StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) champions Vipers SC 1-0 at a packed MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo on Saturday.

KCCA’s second win in three matches has them in fourth place on six points, four behind pacesetters BUL.
This was Vipers second game of the season and their first defeat.

They drew goalless with Soltilo Bright Stars their opening match of the campaign. The Venoms have one point and sit 13th.

The game generally lacked the spark to match its build-up, but KCCA won’t care much about that as they took the stat that matters at this well attended fixture.

Coach Morley Byekwaso’s side lost this fixture 2-1 last season, but Okello and Mato combined on the sixth minute to ensure it was fully avenged.
