Its action Tuesday as The StarTimes Uganda Premier League continues with match day four  at various venues across the country. In focus this week is Arua City, as the Kongolo Team Arua Hills take on four time winners URA at the Barifa stadium aiming to bounce back after falling to Mbarara City in their previous outing. The hosts have not won since stunning champions Express 2-0 at Wankulukuku on match day one. URA aim to build on their impressive first season win when they beat UPDF 3-1 at the Arena of Visions.
