Oasis Primary School from Arua City has made history after being crowned East African Primary Schools Boys’ Football Champions at the 2026 FEASSA Games held in Morogoro City, Tanzania.
The Arua-based side produced an outstanding campaign, recording impressive victories including 4–1 against Nyabondo, 3–0 against Kenya, before defeating Kibamba Primary School of Tanzania 2–1 in the final to secure the gold medals.
The champions returned home to a hero’s welcome in Arua City on Monday, with students, school officials, parents and supporters joining a celebratory procession through the Central Business District before escorting the team to their campus in Muni.
